This Privacy Policy explains how Antigenic Technologies Inc. (“Antigenic Technologies,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit antigenic.services, request information, place an order, or use Antigenic Services. By using the website or providing information to us, you acknowledge the practices described in this Policy.

This Policy applies to information handled by Antigenic Technologies in connection with antigenic.services and the Antigenic Services managed website offering. It does not govern third-party websites or services, or the independent privacy practices of our customers on websites we manage for them. A customer remains responsible for the privacy notices, consent tools, and legal requirements applicable to its own business and customers.

We may collect the following categories of information:
- Contact information, including name, email address, telephone number, business name, and service area.
- Order and onboarding information, including business type, services, existing website and domain information, preferred customer actions, project notes, and approvals.
- Content and files you provide, including logos, photographs, social links, business descriptions, and other website materials.
- Subscription and transaction records. Payment card information is collected directly by Stripe through Stripe-hosted pages; we do not receive or store your complete card number.
- Communications, support requests, update requests, feedback, and other correspondence with us.
- Device and usage information, such as IP address, browser and device type, referring pages, pages viewed, approximate location, timestamps, and interactions with forms and links.
3. How we collect information
We collect information directly from you, automatically through the website and related technologies, from payment and service providers, and from publicly available business sources such as business websites, social profiles, directories, and Google Business Profiles when needed to provide the service.
4. How we use information
We may use information to:
- Review, prepare, fulfill, and manage orders and subscriptions.
- Build, host, secure, maintain, and improve customer websites.
- Communicate about onboarding, content, approvals, updates, billing, support, and service notices.

Information may remain in backups for a limited period after deletion from active systems.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission, storage, or security is completely reliable, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting credentials and notifying us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.
