Antigenic Technologies Inc. · Antigenic Services
Subscription Terms
Effective July 12, 2026
These Subscription Terms (“Subscription Terms”) govern the Antigenic Services Managed Website subscription provided by Antigenic Technologies Inc. (“Antigenic Technologies,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They supplement and incorporate the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By completing checkout, you authorize recurring charges and agree to these Subscription Terms.
The Managed Website is an ongoing service and limited license, similar to a lease. It is not a financed purchase, rent-to-own arrangement, or one-time sale of a website. The website design and system are available for your use only while the subscription remains active and paid.
1. Order acceptance
Your checkout submission is an offer to purchase the subscription. We may review the business, requested content, scope, and payment before accepting it. We may decline or cancel an order and refund amounts paid if the business, content, requested work, or risk is outside our service criteria. Once accepted, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide the Managed Website described here and in your order summary.
2. Price, recurring billing, and automatic renewal
The standard Managed Website subscription is $299 USD per month unless your order states a different price. The first charge occurs when you complete checkout. The subscription automatically renews each month on or near the same calendar date until canceled. You authorize Antigenic Technologies and Stripe to charge the payment method on file for the subscription, applicable taxes, approved custom work, and other amounts you expressly authorize.
Billing dates may shift slightly because of weekends, processing rules, failed payments, or month length. You must keep payment and contact information current. Your bank or payment provider may impose separate fees for which we are not responsible.
3. Setup fee and promotional offers
The standard setup fee is $499. If the order page displays a $0 setup fee, the fee is waived for an eligible standard Managed Website order completed while that limited-time offer remains available. The waiver does not apply to custom work, third-party charges, or services outside normal scope. We may change or end an offer before checkout, but doing so will not retroactively change an accepted order.
4. Term and cancellation
The subscription begins when checkout is completed and continues in monthly billing periods until canceled. Unless an order expressly says otherwise, there is no fixed long-term commitment. You may cancel through an available Stripe billing portal or by sending a clear cancellation request through antigenic.services. Cancellation is effective at the end of the current paid billing period and does not stop or reverse a charge already processed for that period.
Submit cancellation before renewal to avoid the next charge. Processing and time-zone differences can affect the exact renewal time, so we recommend canceling at least two business days before renewal. Deleting content, transferring a domain, stopping use, or disputing a charge does not by itself cancel the subscription.
5. Refunds
Subscription charges and setup fees are nonrefundable once charged, except where required by law or where we expressly agree otherwise in writing. Fees reserve capacity and cover ongoing access, hosting, maintenance, and work performed during the billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds or credits for partial months, unused service, delayed customer materials, or cancellation during a paid period.
6. Standard website scope
The standard Managed Website generally includes:
- A professional website tailored to your business using our templates, systems, design judgment, and reusable components.
- Up to 10 standard business pages for ordinary home, service, service area, about, and contact content.
- Responsive design, managed hosting, SSL, backups, monitoring, security maintenance, and routine technical upkeep.
- A tailored lead form with email and SMS lead delivery where supported.
- Reasonable support for Google Business Profile information, Google Maps and service areas, search and answer-engine readiness, Google Analytics and Search Console, social sharing, and inquiry tracking.
- Reasonable content updates and ongoing website improvements.
A standard page covers one ordinary business topic, service, service area, or contact purpose using the normal website system. Multiple locations, extensive service-area libraries, unusually long pages, or specialized experiences may be outside standard scope even if the total page count is 10 or fewer.
7. Work outside standard scope
The subscription does not include a full rebrand, logo design, original photography, paid advertising, social media management, large copywriting projects, ecommerce, memberships, directories, portals, custom software, advanced booking or quoting systems, complex integrations, multilingual sites, blogs or news libraries, regulated compliance programs, or unusually large migrations. We may offer such work under a separate quote, statement of work, or recurring fee. We will obtain approval before charging separately priced work.
8. Reasonable updates and fair use
Included updates cover ordinary changes to existing content, such as hours, contact details, service descriptions, staff information, photos, offers, and similar material. They do not include repeated redesigns, new systems, bulk data entry, continuous editing, guaranteed same-day production, or work that substantially changes the original scope.
Updates are subject to reasonable use. We may clarify, schedule, combine, prioritize, or limit requests based on complexity, frequency, capacity, security, dependencies, and fairness to other customers. We will tell you if a request requires separate pricing before beginning it. Included updates do not accumulate and have no cash value.
9. Build process, timing, and approval
Standard websites are typically ready for initial review approximately two to four weeks after we receive required information, content, access, and payment, but this is an estimate, not a guaranteed deadline. Timing depends on scope, customer responsiveness, revisions, third parties, and our production schedule.
You must review the website and provide accurate, consolidated feedback within a reasonable time. Written approval or a request to launch is approval of the presented work. We remain available for reasonable post-launch updates while the subscription is active.
Priority Build is an optional one-time $799 fee added to the standard $299 monthly Managed Website subscription. During the current $0 setup fee offer, an order with Priority Build has an initial charge of $1,098 and then renews at $299 per month. If your order includes Priority Build, we will provide the first complete version of a standard-scope website for review within five business days after we receive all required information, content, access, and payment. Priority Build is subject to confirmed production availability and includes one consolidated revision round. You agree to provide feedback within one business day. The five-business-day target applies to the first review version, not the final launch date; customer delays, added scope, domain access, revisions, and third-party systems may affect launch. The Priority Build fee reserves production capacity and is nonrefundable once work begins, except where required by law.
10. Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Accurate business information, lawful content, required access, and timely decisions and approvals.
- Verifying claims, prices, offers, licenses, service areas, contact information, policies, and other published facts.
- Rights and permissions for logos, names, photographs, reviews, trademarks, video, and other supplied material.
- Applicable business, professional, privacy, consumer, accessibility, messaging, and industry compliance.
- Protecting credentials and promptly reporting account, domain, website, or payment security concerns.
We may rely on information and approvals from you or your designated contacts. We are not responsible for delay, error, claim, or loss caused by incomplete, inaccurate, unlawful, or late materials or instructions.
11. Website ownership and license
You retain ownership of your pre-existing trademarks and Customer Content. Antigenic Technologies retains ownership of the website design, code, templates, layout, configuration, hosting setup, systems, documentation, improvements, reusable components, and related intellectual property. Subject to timely payment and compliance, we grant you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable license to use the Managed Website for your business during the active subscription.
You may not copy, export, sublicense, resell, reverse engineer, transfer, or arrange for another provider to reproduce the Managed Website or its protected components without written permission. No payment creates an ownership interest in the website system. A buyout or transfer, if we choose to offer one, requires a separate signed agreement and fee.
12. Domains and third-party accounts
Whenever practical, your domain should be registered in your name and remains yours. Unless an order states otherwise, you are responsible for registration and renewal fees and maintaining account access. You authorize us to make DNS and configuration changes needed for service. Failure to renew a domain or maintain access may interrupt the website.
Google, Stripe, registrars, analytics providers, social platforms, email and SMS providers, and other third parties control their own accounts, policies, fees, availability, and decisions. Their services are not guaranteed by us, and you may need to accept their terms or maintain an account.
13. Search, analytics, leads, and results
We provide a strong foundation for online discovery and useful customer actions. Search engines, answer engines, maps, social platforms, analytics tools, carriers, and customer behavior are controlled by third parties. We do not guarantee indexing, placement, a specific ranking, inclusion in an answer, traffic, form delivery, leads, calls, appointments, sales, revenue, or return on investment. Analytics may be delayed, incomplete, estimated, or affected by browsers, devices, consent settings, networks, and third parties.
14. Hosting, maintenance, and security
We use commercially reasonable efforts to keep the website available, backed up, maintained, and secure. Maintenance, provider outages, attacks, internet failures, domain problems, and events outside our reasonable control may cause interruption or data loss. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may make changes needed for security, performance, compatibility, provider requirements, or continuity.
15. Failed payments and suspension
If a charge fails, we or Stripe may retry payment and notify you. We may pause work, disable features, suspend the website, or terminate the subscription if an amount remains unpaid. You remain responsible for charges incurred before cancellation, applicable taxes, improper chargeback costs, and reasonable collection costs permitted by law.
We may also refuse, suspend, remove, or terminate service for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, or prohibited content; fraud; security threats; excessive operational burden; legal demands; platform requirements; or material breach. When reasonable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to cure, but may act immediately when needed to protect people, systems, rights, or the service.
16. Effect of cancellation or termination
The Managed Website may remain online through the paid billing period unless we terminate for cause or immediate suspension is necessary. When service ends, your license ends. We may disable and remove the website, hosting, forms, analytics, updates, maintenance, and support. The design, code, layout, configuration, reusable components, and hosting setup are not transferred to you.
Your domain remains yours if registered in your name, and you retain original Customer Content. Before service ends, you may request a reasonable export of eligible content you supplied that we still hold in readily available form. An export excludes our design, code, templates, licensed assets, systems, internal files, and third-party materials. We may delete remaining project data after service ends, subject to legal, security, backup, and record-retention needs.
17. Changes to price or service
We may update the service, included features, providers, or these terms. We may change recurring pricing by giving advance notice before it applies to a future billing period. If you do not agree to a prospective material change, you may cancel before it takes effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
18. Incorporated terms and contact
The Terms of Service provisions concerning intellectual property, third-party services, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, disputes, and general contract terms apply to the subscription. If these Subscription Terms conflict with the Terms of Service on a subscription-specific issue, these Subscription Terms control.
Questions and cancellation requests may be submitted through antigenic.services. Formal notices may be mailed to: Antigenic Technologies Inc., Attn: Legal, 30 N Gould St, Suite 22718, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.
